EnergyAxis is built on our Distributed Intelligence framework, which allows greater flexibility for growth and expansion of systems. By providing a distributed framework, with both mesh network and direct WAN connected network elements, EnergyAxis allows the ultimate in bandwidth scalability. We provide a seamless transition capability to allow gradual migration from a large-scale mesh architecture to more direct connected endpoints as communication costs continue to decrease.

The EnergyAxis solution is also built on the most robust RF mesh network available. As your customer base expands there is no need to install expensive stand-alone transmission or collection towers. For example, with a 15-minute installation of a single gatekeeper, the net effective bandwidth of the EnergyAxis network in a given area can be doubled, with very little additional effort and cost. Likewise, if certain service delivery points require greater storage or bandwidth, they can be selectively changed with no reconfiguration effort required and minimal impact on overall network operation.
